Extra Curricular Activities The best thing that you can do is to get involved!You will make so many new friends no matter which activity you choose to do, there are so many to choose from. We have more than one state ranked sports team and some of them take everybody they can get. Not only do we have great sports teams, but we have many great clubs as well. Our BPA club made to nationals this past year and DECA also does really good. Our robotics teams are also state ranked and they go to Atlanta almost every year for worlds competition. Every person that you talk to that is involved in a sport or club will tell you that you can't beat the friends that you will make.Everyone is encouraged to become involved. Participation in activities is provided as an opportunity as long as you can agree to follow the rules and guidelines, which isn't that hard. The objective is not to turn students away, but to reinforce that academic achievement is maintained during their activity. So as long as you can pass4 or of your 5 classes, you'll be good!
